Avril Lavigne is a Canadian pop rock singer-songwriter, musician, record producer, and actress, internatioanlly known for her individualism, honest song lyrics, and iconic punk rocker image. She is best-known for her debut single "Complicated", as well as "Sk8er Boi", "My Happy Ending", "Girlfriend" and "What the Hell". To-date, Lavigne has sold over 30 million albums worldwide, and is often referred to as the "Pop Punk Princess". In 2006, Lavinge landed a supporting role as Heather the Opossum in DreamWork's Over the Hedge.
